故障現象 制動后，裝載機（ZL40型）突然不能行走，查看變速壓力表見指針指向零，但工作裝置和轉向系統工作正常。

故障分析 裝載機變速操縱閥裝有一個動力切斷閥，通過它可以實現在踏下制動踏板進行制動時，變速箱的換擋離合器能自動分離，使傳給行走部分的動力切斷。在非制動狀態下，制動閥桿在彈簧的作用下應為上、下油道相通，閥桿封閉腔與油箱相通，由調壓閥來的壓力油經上、下油道進入換擋離合器工作缸，使換擋離合器可以接合。如果制動閥桿卡死或彈簧不能回位，那么上、下油道被隔斷，由調壓閥來的壓力油就不能進入換擋離合器工作缸，換擋離合器就不能接合，裝載機就會出現上述現象。閥桿卡死的原因一般多是液壓油過臟或是氣閥體內Y型密封圈損壞造成的；彈簧不能回位多是由于彈簧變形彎曲或斷裂而造成的。

故障判斷與處理 遇上述現象，首先要判斷是制動系的故障還是變速器的故障，可通過觀察變速壓力表的指針是否指向零來判斷。如果變速壓力表指針指在正常范圍內，裝載機仍不能行走，說明故障出在制動系上；如果變速壓力表指針指向零位，則說明故障出在變速操縱閥上。這時可將儀表盤上的動力切斷閥開關，扳在不切斷動力的位置上，然后加大油門，觀察變速壓力表指針是否上升，如不上升，可用鐵器輕輕敲擊變速閥體的表面，使制動閥桿受振動，在彈簧的作用下而自動回位。如仍沒有排除故障，就必須把變
